Lovely modern hotel, I truly enjoyed its central location adjacent to the old town and the newer shopping areas, all the main attractions, and the tunnel of hope. The room was contemporary and spotless with views of the hills, a beautiful view, as for instance, met requests.

I just had the most incredible stay at this hotel! The breakfast was mind-blowing, with an amazing selection of both hot and cold dishes. The kitchen staff were super friendly and made the most delicious omelettes and waffles. The rooms were absolutely stunning - so clean and beautifully decorated. And the location couldn't have been more convenient, right in the city center! Plus, the hotel had free parking, which was such a relief. The staff were so helpful and made me feel right at home. The wifi was fast and reliable, and the flat-screen TV in the room was a nice bonus. my experience at this hotel was jaw-droppingly amazing!

The apartment at Hotel Opal Home was absolutely perfect for our family trip! The rooms were so spacious and had all the necessary services to make us feel right at home. We loved the cozy vibe and it really made our stay extra special.
Personally, I found the decor a bit outdated, but I understand that some people might still enjoy the vintage charm.

The staff at Hotel Opal Home went above and beyond to ensure my comfortable stay. When I arrived, I had an issue with payment, but they quickly resolved it and made me feel welcome. The room was clean and cozy, and the heated bathroom floor was a nice touch. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Old Town. Although the breakfast had limited choices, it was satisfactory. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The location was perfect for us teenagers looking for fun and relaxation. We had the best time at the live music sessions organized specially for the guests. The musicians knew exactly what we wanted to hear and created a super cool atmosphere. And let me tell you, the nearby mountains and ski resorts were a total blast! We had so much fun skiing all day and chilling at the holiday resorts. It was epic!
If I had to ask for one thing, it would be for more nightlife options for young party-goers. While the hotel itself was great, we would have loved to have more choices for late-night fun.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference and it provided all the necessary facilities, including 24-hour front desk, express check-in/check-out, room service, airport transfer, and meeting facilities. The staff was efficient in handling my requests and made my stay convenient and hassle-free.
The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. Having access to a fully equipped business center would have made it easier for me to prepare for my conference and stay productive during my stay.

I'll definitely come back. if I ever find a room big enough for my luggage!
I felt so at home that I almost forgot I was in a hotel. Not having a vending machine in the lobby to buy water or soft drinks really ruined that illusion.
